This is never easy to say with certainty but according to several studies Tesla and SpaceX boss Elon Musk is on track to become the first Trillionaire in the world. Musk is achieving this milestone within the next few years. 

According to a new report, Elon Musk is on the way to become the world’s first Trillionaire by the year 2027. He is already one of the richest person globally, with a net worth fluctuating around several hundred billion dollars.

Musk’s companies, especially Tesla and SpaceX, have significant growth in the recent year and have significant potential in the future. These companies could drive him the net worth even higher in the near future.  Some studies suggest that with continued growth in the stock value of his companies, his net worth could reach a trillion dollars within a relatively shorter time frame then expected, possibly by the end of the year 2027.

Musk’s influence extends beyond his business and now reaching out to policy and politics, which some see as a reflection of the growing power within he billionaires list.   But this is very important to note that these are projections only and the actual timeline could depen on various factors, including market conditions and the performance of his companies.

Elon Musk, the boss of the electric carmaker Tesla, private rocket company SpaceX and social media platform X from the fact that Musk’s wealth has been growing at an average annual rate of 110%. He was also the world’s richest person, with $251bn, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, as the academy’s 2024 Trillion Dollar Club.

Similarly, according to the academy’s analysis Gautam Adani, founder of a business conglomerate in India, would become the second to achieve Trillionaire status by the end of the year 2028, if his annual growth rate remains at 123%.

The chief executive officer of the teh firm Nvidia, and Pracjogo Pangestu, the Indonesian energy and mining mogul, Jensen Huang, could also become Trillionaires by the end of the year 2028 if their trajectories hold.

Bernard Arnault, the LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton boss and the world’s third-richest person with about $200bn, is on track to eclipse a Trillion dollars in the year 2030 – the same year as Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Meta.
